This project consisted of the ground-up construction of an approximate 250,000 square foot three story building.  Conventional shallow spread foundations and concrete tilt-up panels were used for construction of this new office and call center.  This project demonstrates the variety of capabilities which ConformaTech offers the County as well as an example of Key Team Member collaboration and completion of the project within cost estimates.

ConformaTech personnel provided materials testing of soils, concrete, grout, mortar and asphalt to ensure compliance with project specifications.  In addition, we provided special inspections for soils construction of foundation support, concrete placements, steel construction and post-installed anchors. This project had an accelerated construction schedule to meet the client’s needs.  During construction, there were many challenges including the rapid turnaround of field and laboratory reports so as not to delay the construction timeline.  ConformaTech delivered both field and lab reports in a timely manner meeting or exceeding our client’s needs. The cost estimate for this project was $53,600 and our fee for completed services for this project were $50,000.
