Personnel at ConformaTech have been involved in hundreds of projects successfully conducting environmental consulting and service tasks. These projects range in scope from single-parcel Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to complicated Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) remedial projects at federal Superfund sites. Projects completed include:

  • Phase I ESAs on gas stations, dry cleaners, landfills, auto body repair shops, industrial facilities and commercial office complexes.
  • Brownfield/landfill redevelopment projects for private and municipal clients.
  • Installation of landfill gas monitoring and abatement systems.
  • Comprehensive and limited asbestos surveys on apartment buildings, residential structures and office buildings.
  • Comprehensive and limited Phase II ESAs, including evaluation of the nature and extent of known or suspected contaminated source areas and evaluation of migration pathways.
  • Hazardous waste site investigations and remediation, including underground storage tank (UST) removals, pre-characterization of areas for future construction activities and evaluation of soil and groundwater quality.
  • Preparation of soil management plans and procedures for evaluating, classifying, handling and disposing of potentially contaminated soils excavated during large-scale construction projects.
  • Preparation of environmental permits for construction and remediation projects.
